Monday, October 20th, 2025, 8:30am to 4:30pm: Virtual Pre-Meetings Day 1
Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, 8:30am to 4:30pm: Hybrid Pre-Meetings Day 2 (Limited space on this day, in-person attendance limited to 2 representatives per Tribe)
Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, 5pm to 8pm: Governor and Tribal Chairs Reception & Dinner (*Limited to Governor and 1 elected Tribal official per Tribe, in person)
Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, 8:30am to 4:30pm: Hybrid State-Tribal Relationship Discussion with Tribal Leaders and Governor Ferguson 
Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, 5pm to 7pm: Culture Night hosted by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe (in person, open to all attendees)
Thursday, October 23rd, 2025, 8:30am to 4:30pm: Hybrid Governor-Tribal Leaders Topic Discussions
 

Please note that meetings on Monday, October 20 will be held virtually and, due to space limitations on Tuesday, October 21, in-person attendance for the hybrid meeting will be limited to 2 representatives per Tribe. All other attendees are asked to participate using the virtual option on Tuesday, October 21st.  The meetings on Wednesday, October 22nd and Thursday, October 23rd will be held in the Cowlitz Ballroom with in-person and virtual options available for all attendees. We encourage all state and Tribal Leaders to attend in-person on Wednesday and Thursday.
